- 4 slices bread
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. or more cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Mix butter (or margarine) with the mustard.

2Spread on each slice of bread.

3Cut bread into cubes.

4Put a layer of bread in bottom of dish, then some of the cheese cubes.

5Then add rest of the bread and rest of the cheese.

6Mix eggs, milk, salt and paprika together.

7Pour over bread and cheese.

8Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350° to 375° until brown on top and sides.
