- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- cubed ham, bacon, mushrooms or Smok-Y-Links
- grated cooked potatoes
Directions

1Cube bread; put in bottom of casserole.

2Put meat on next, then potatoes.

3Put cheese and margarine on top.

4Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over this.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350°.
