  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cubed ham, bacon, mushrooms or Smok-Y-Links
  • grated cooked potatoes

Directions

    Cube bread; put in bottom of casserole.

    Put meat on next, then potatoes.

    Put cheese and margarine on top.

    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over this.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350°.
