- 10 slices White Bread
- 3/4 pounds Cheddar Cheese
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

2Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes.

3Layer half the bread cubes, half the cheese. Then repeat with remaining bread cubes and cheese.

4In a bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add the remaining ingredients (milk, salt, dry mustard, melted butter) and stir together. Pour mixture over the bread and cheese.

5Regrigerate overnight or for a few hours. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
