Ingredients

  • 8 tsp. margarine
  • 8 c. water
  • 40 oz. potatoes, cubed (don't peel)
  • 8 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. carrots, chopped
  • 1 medium head cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower
  • 12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Stir in the cheese; simmer gently.
