- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 bag mixed vegetable
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cubed
Directions

1Bring water, bouillon cubes, onions and celery to boil and cook for twenty minutes covered.

2Add carrots, potatoes and vegetables, cover and cook for 30 minutes.

3Add cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese.

4Heat until cheese melts and serve.
