- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 qt. water
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 10 oz. can mixed, frozen vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Directions

1Cook chicken bouillon, water, carrots, celery and onion for 20 minutes.

2Add potatoes and mixed, frozen vegetables.

3Cook 30 minutes.

4Add cream of mushroom soup and water.

5Add Velveeta cheese.

6Heat until cheese melts (do not add any salt).
