- 3 c. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Dice potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.

2Add salt, pepper, seasoned salt, beef bouillon cubes and water.

3Boil until tender. Then add milk and Velveeta cheese.

4Cook slow.

5If too juicy, add small amount of cornstarch.
