Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. 2% milk
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 can chicken broth (10 to 12 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 1 lb. Velveeta
- 2 pkg. frozen veggies of your choice
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Fix veggies according to package. Drain and chop. Fry onion in margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper to taste, then add milk and bring to a boil 1 minute.

2Be careful not to let it burn. Add chicken broth, cheese, water, veggies and mustard.

3Heat through and serve.
