- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. grated cabbage
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1 c. cubed potatoes, lightly steamed
- 2 c. water
- 10 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 to 2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine; add water and potatoes.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat and add cheese.

3Stir until cheese is melted.

4Add milk, slowly, until you have reached desired consistency.
