  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. grated cabbage
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • 1 c. cubed potatoes, lightly steamed
  • 2 c. water
  • 10 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 to 2 c. milk

Directions

    Saute vegetables in margarine; add water and potatoes.

    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and add cheese.
