- 1/2 stick butter
- 5 chopped green onions
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 3 cans potato soup (Campbells)
- 2 cans chicken broth
- Few drops Tabasco
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Parsley flakes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Sherry
Directions

1Grate cheese very fine so it will melt easily.

2Melt butter over low heat; saute' vegetables.

3Add broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

4Add soup (undiluted), cheese, parsley, tabasco, salt & pepper.

5Stir in sour cream; simmer (do not boil) for 15 minutes. Add Sherry to your taste and stir.

6Yield - 10 cups.
