- 6 Tbsp. real butter (no substitutions)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. broken pecans
- dash of salt
- pecan halves
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until blended, but not fluffy. Add eggs, salt, syrup and pecan pieces.

2Pour into pie shell. Top with pecan halves and bake at 325° for about 50 minutes.
