  • 6 Tbsp. real butter (no substitutions)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • dash of salt
  • pecan halves

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until blended, but not fluffy. Add eggs, salt, syrup and pecan pieces.

    Pour into pie shell. Top with pecan halves and bake at 325° for about 50 minutes.
