  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    Boil the first 5 ingredients for 20 minutes.

    Add vegetables; boil an additional 10 minutes.

    Add soup and cheese; heat until cheese is melted.
