  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Boil water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, celery and onions for 20 minutes.

    Add vegetables.

    Boil 10 minutes.

    Add soup and cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
