- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, celery and onions for 20 minutes.

4Add soup and cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
