- 3 carrots
- 3 green onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 3 cans potato soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Chop vegetables finely.

2Saute all vegetables in 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine until tender.

3Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes.

4Add potato soup and cook for 10 minutes.

5Add Velveeta chopped in small squares.

6Allow to melt.

7Add sour cream and stir until mixed well.

8Serve hot.
