Ingredients

  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (I use less)

Directions

    Cook all approximately 30 minutes or until cooked.

    Add soup, diluted with one can of water.

    Add Velveeta cheese.

    Heat thoroughly on low.
  5. 5
    Add no salt.
