- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop all vegetables.

2Simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender. Mix soup with milk and corn; add to vegetables.

3Crush tomatoes and add.

4Pinch cheese up and slowly add, stirring constantly after cheese is added or it will scorch.

5Cook for about 20 minutes.
