  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups raw potatoes, dices
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 pkg. frozen Stir-fry vegetables with Oriental seasoning
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 lb. velveeta cheese, diced

Directions

    Boil all but cheese until tender.

    Add dash of red pepper sauce and cheese.

    Heat just until cheese melts.
