  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook first 5 ingredients until tender.
