Cheese Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 lb. sliced cheese
- 1 c. cooked spinach, chopped and drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 9-inch pie shell or thin biscuit dough to fit a 9-inch pie pan
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine until tender; cool.

2Lay slices of cheese over pie dough.

3Follow with spinach, then onions.

4Beat eggs, adding enough milk to make 1 cup.

5Add seasoning and pour over ingredients in the pie shell.

6Bake in 400° oven about 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

7Serve piping hot.
