- 3 to 4 c. yellow squash, chunked
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut up squash in chunks.

2Place in a 2-quart saucepan.

3Add onions.

4Add water to cover.

5Place over medium heat, approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

6Cook until tender.

7Remove from heat.

8Drain water off.

9Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until cheese is blended.

10Squash cooks down.
