- 20 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sifted plain flour
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Sift salt and pepper with flour; fold in butter.

2Let cheese be at room temperature.

3Work cheese until smooth into flour mixture.

4Run through a cookie press or cut in desired lengths. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until they are firm to the touch (so that they are crisp).
