- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 egg
- milk 18 cl.
- olive oil 4 cl.
- 15/16 cup gruyere cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 comte cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Mix the flour and yeast.

3Add the egg and mix.

4Add the milk and olive oil and stir well.

5Mix in the grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

6Stir and combine to a smooth paste.

7Place a slice of Comte cheese in the bottom of each greased and floured muffin mold.

8Pour the batter on top.

9Bake for 25 minutes.
