- 16 jumbo shells, cooked as directed
- 16 oz. Ricotta
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 oz. Mozzarella, grated
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. dry parsley
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but sauce and Parmesan cheese.

2Stuff cooked shells with mixture.

3Place shells in large flat baking dish that has a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom.

4Pour rest of sauce over.

5Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
