- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 2 ounces goose liver paste
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- 2 ounces ham ground
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 x anchovy paste
- 1 x caviar
Directions

1Work into the flour the butter and cream cheese.

2Chill thoroughly, over night is not too long.

3Take pieces of dough and roll very thin, as quickly as possible.

4Cut with a round cookie cutter, size of a water glass or larger if desired.

5Mix together ingredients for one of the fillings.

6Spread on dough, fold over and bake at 400F (200C) until brown.

7These may be shaped earlier and baked just before serving.

8Serve as an appetizer with beer, except the anchovy or caviar which should be served with cocktails.

9Make the anchovy and caviar appetizers somewhat smaller than the ones that are to be served with beer.
