  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) box jumbo shells
  • 32 oz. jar garden spaghetti sauce
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

    Layer 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan. Cook shells according to package. Mix cheeses, bread crumbs, parsley and egg; then stuff into cooked shells. Layer stuffed shells in pan on top of sauce. Pour rest of sauce over shells and top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes.
