  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1-1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 7/8 cups Soda Water
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions

    Measure flour and milk and put in a medium size bowl. Add egg and start mixing. Slowly pour soda water in. Keep mixing until smooth.

    Heat a medium size frying pan over medium-high heat. Brush pan with some melted butter and pour in a ladleful of batter. Tilt pan in a circular motion so batter coats the surface evenly. Fry for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Loosen and flip crepe. Cook the other side for another minute. Remove to plate and repeat with remaining batter.

    Serve filled with fruit jam, chocolate spread, or cream.
