- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth.

2Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake cup.

3Place heaping tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture into each cup.

4Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Cool.

6Top with pie filling (cherry or blueberry).

7Graham cracker pie crust may be substituted for vanilla wafer cupcakes.
