- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/4 cups Minced Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Coarse Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cups Seeded And Diced Tomato
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro, To Garnish (optional)

2Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a medium-size bowl.

3Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados with the lime juice, onion, garlic, jalapeno, chili powder, salt and pepper.

4Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
