  • 1 pkg. zwieback toast, crushed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 lb. dry cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together first 4 ingredients together and line buttered torte pan leaving 1 cup for top.

    Mix well the eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, flour, cream and vanilla.

    Pour into crust and cover with the 1 cup of crust mixture.

    Bake at 350°

    for 1 hour.
