- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place in bowl and beat at high speed until smooth.

2Line muffin tins or use aluminum foil cups on cookie sheet.

3Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cup.

4Fill each cup about 3/4 with cheese mixture. Let cool.

5Top with your favorite Musselman's pie fillings (cherry, blueberry, apple).

6Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
