  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Idaho instant potatoes
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium chopped onion

Directions

    Prepare potatoes according to instructions on package.

    Add cream cheese, egg and onion.

    Whip potatoes and other ingredients until blended together.

    Pour into greased 11 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.

    Bake at 375°

    for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly golden.
