- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 14 cup cooking oil
- 12 cup water
Directions

1Measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl.

2Stir well.

3Add cooking oil and water.

4Mix until you can form a ball.

5Cover and let stand 20 minutes.

6Divide into 4 portions.

7Roll 1 portion paper thin on a lightly floured surface.

8Cut into 8 wedges.

9Arrange on an ungreaded baking sheet.

11Bake in a 375 degree oven for around 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
