  • 1 lb. extra sharp grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. strawberry or raspberry jam

Directions

    Mix all together and shape into a mold. Chill overnight. Top with jam. Makes large mold. May divide and make 2 smaller molds. Serve with crackers or Fritos.
