- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Grate the cheese. Add softened oleo; mix well. Add flour, salt, pepper and nuts. Add a few drops of water to make into balls.

2Flatten balls between waxed paper.

3Bake about 15 minutes at 325°.
