  • 1 c. butter, soft or melted
  • 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 1 c. rice crispies
  • Dark red pepper

Directions

    Mix together and form into walnut size balls.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just barely brown.

    They will flatten out as they cook.

    Makes about 4 dozen.
