  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Beat butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Add flour and pepper; mix well.

    Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; cut into a variety of shapes with small cookie cutters.

    Place on ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake 10 to 12 min.

    or until edges are lightly browned.

    Cool completely on wire racks.

    Store leftover wafers in airtight container at room temperature.
