- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Beat butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add flour and pepper; mix well.

4Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured surface; cut into a variety of shapes with small cookie cutters.

5Place on ungreased baking sheets.

6Bake 10 to 12 min.

7or until edges are lightly browned.

8Cool completely on wire racks.

9Store leftover wafers in airtight container at room temperature.
