Ingredients: 2 loaves of fairly firm french bread slices lengthwise; 1/4 lb butter; 2 cloves garlic crushed; 1/2 cup chicken broth; 1 cup dry whitre wine; 3 eggs beaten; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp dry mustard; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1 tsp white pepper; 1/2 tsp prepared mustard; 1 lb swiss cheese grated; 1/2 tsp cayenne; 1/4 cup parmesan grated
