  • 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 c. flour, sifted always better
  • 1 c. rice crispies

Directions

    Grate cheese and mix together with butter.

    Add flour until well mixed.

    Gently mix in rice crispies, then roll into walnut size balls.

    Place on cookie sheet press down with fork.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
