Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Walnuts

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except for the walnuts) with a mixer till blended.

    Put in the freezer to allow to harden so you can shape it into a ball.

    Once hardened, shape into a ball and roll in the crushed walnuts till completely covered.

    Chill in the fridge till ready to serve.
