  • 4 oz. lasagna noodles (4 noodles)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. sharp process American cheese (4 slices)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk or fluid milk

    Cook lasagna noodles in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes; drain.

    Combine meat, 1/2 teaspoon salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape into

    Brown in skillet.

    Remove patties.

    Drain off fat.

    In skillet, melt margarine or butter. Add onion and green pepper.

    Cook until tender, but not brown. Blend in flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
