- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 14 cup breadcrumbs
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 14 12 ounces chicken broth
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup ketchup
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 12 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, 1/4 teaspoons salt, and egg; mix well.

2Shape into 3 dozen 3/4-inch meatballs.

3Heat oil in a large skillet.
