  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Brown beef and onion; drain.

    Stir in salt and pepper.

    Spread into a greased pie plate.

    Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes longer.
