- 1/2 cups Quinoa, Cooked In Water To Package Directions
- 3 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 3 ounces, weight Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 whole Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
- 3 leaves Lettuce, Chopped Into Bite-sized Pieces
- 1/2 whole Large Tomato, Chopped And Drained On Paper Towels
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Relish Or Chopped Dill Pickles, Divided
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
Directions

1Combine quinoa, bacon, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, and 1 tablespoon of the relish.

2Taste, and add salt and more relish to your preference.

3Combine the mayo, mustard, and ketchup to form a sauce.
