  • 1/2 cups Quinoa, Cooked In Water To Package Directions
  • 3 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • 3 ounces, weight Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 whole Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 3 leaves Lettuce, Chopped Into Bite-sized Pieces
  • 1/2 whole Large Tomato, Chopped And Drained On Paper Towels
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Relish Or Chopped Dill Pickles, Divided
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup

Directions

    Combine quinoa, bacon, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, and 1 tablespoon of the relish.

    Taste, and add salt and more relish to your preference.

    Combine the mayo, mustard, and ketchup to form a sauce.

    Serve the quinoa topped with a drizzle of the sauce.
