  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 3 c. Minute rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

    Stir-fry hamburger until brown; drain.

    Add water and catsup; bring to boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Add rice and cover.
