- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten lightly
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Cream cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl, adding sugar gradually.

2Add eggs and beat mixture with electric beater until smooth.

3This takes some time.

4Stir in lemon, vanilla, flour and cornstarch.

5Add melted butter and mix until smooth.

6Blend in sour cream and put into 10-inch spring pan (greased).

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Shut off oven and leave in two hours more.

9Do not open oven during entire three hours.
