Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar mayonnaise
  • 1 small can (1 1/2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
  • sprinkle garlic salt

Directions

    Drain artichokes and mash with fork, add other ingredients and mix well with spoon.

    Put in baking dish or pie pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Serve hot with Wheat Thins or similar cracker.
