- 1 (8 oz.) jar mayonnaise
- 1 small can (1 1/2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- sprinkle garlic salt
Directions

1Drain artichokes and mash with fork, add other ingredients and mix well with spoon.

2Put in baking dish or pie pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
