- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar, divided into 3/4 and 1/4
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Beat egg whites stiff; fold into cream cheese mixture. Combine 3/4 of graham cracker crumbs and butter; cover bottom of greased 9-inch tube pan with crumb mixture. Pour cake mixture on top of crumbs and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove from oven.
