  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 graham crackers
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Crumble the graham crackers with a rolling pin, mix with melted butter and press in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Make Jell-O according to package directions, but use only half the water.

    Refrigerate until set.

    In blender, mix together cream cheese, condensed milk, the Jell-O and the lemon juice.

    Pour into cake pan over graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
