- 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 eggs
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1In large bowl, cream the cheese, one package at a time. Gradually add flour and blend well.

2Add sugar a little at a time and blend until smooth.

3Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.

4Beat in eggs and egg yolks one at a time until fluffy.

5Pour into a spring-form pan in which the bottom has been covered with graham cracker crust.

6Bake at 500° for 12 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 200° and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes.

8When done, run knife around outside of pan before removing.

9Pie is done when top begins to crack and turn golden brown.

10Toothpick should come out clean.
