- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Blend together first 2 ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar.

2Press firmly against bottom and sides of an 8-inch spring-form pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

3Gradually add remaining 1 cup sugar and vanilla.

4Beat in eggs one at a time.

5Blend in sour cream.

6Spread in prepared pan.

7Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until firm.

8Turn off oven.

9Leave door slightly ajar and allow cheesecake to remain in oven for 1 hour. Cool in pan.

10Chill 4 hours or overnight.

11Top with your choice of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.).
